We are hiring a candidate for Content Creator (for YOU Brand)

\What would you do:

• Familiar with all social media marketing trends—a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms.
• Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
• Monitor and increase video performance; increase the engagement rate by interacting with the audience.
• Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
• Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.
• Create daily content for the official TikTok account and be self-sufficient in producing your own content, Be responsible for video script writing, video shooting, and editing.

What are We looking for:

• Significant experience as a TikTok creator, passion for TikTok music, and strong interest in the social and digital space.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate fromCommunication, Public Relations, Marketing, Broadcasting, Visual Communication, Multimediaorrelated fields). Open for Fresh graduates with relevant experience, as Content Creator on Social Media (TikTok Specialist) for at least 1 year.
• Proactive go-getter and effective communicator.
• Skill priorities: Management of Social Media (TikTok), Content Planning, Script & Copywriter.
• Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable. History of creating content that performed well and drove awareness for yourself or a partner.
• Creative & inspirational storyteller who is always confident to bring fresh ideas. Interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
• Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera.
