Hi, I'm Daniel, founder of Natural Eye Media, a full-service remote studio creating magic for our clients.

I'm hiring a Video Content Creator to join my Content Production team remotely.

If you understand the art of ideating and producing engaging videos through a creative outlook backed by a firm grasp of language, trends, social media platforms nuances, and culture, then we want you.

Experience:

1+ year(s) experience in Video Editing/Video Content Creation preferably in the content creation industry with good knowledge of the entire content creation process – from ideation, to scripting, to recording, editing, and publication, and the ability to work remotely with teams.

Yours will be one of the most important jobs at the company. The applicant must be an intelligent, confident person who can think on their feet.

As a part of your job, you should be able to get a good understanding of the client's field/industry, project, and target base, get the correct brief for the job from the client, and relay the brief to the rest of the team.

You must ensure that the job is completed and sent to the client on time. You should be available for communication with the client and be able to keep track of all the jobs being done for all clients on their charge.

(I will hold your hand and teach you whatever I've learned over the years in the trade.)

I serve a wide variety of brands, ranging from fast-growing startups in web3 to companies in fashion and technology. You'll need to be curious about people and sensitive to their changing needs.

You will report to me or to a designated senior on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan meetings and presentations with their associated details
• Know the project in and out - from planning to process to progress.
• Extract key findings from reports and other sources for digital presentation
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients to be able to handle & manage all day-to-day tasks.
• Initiate and ensure timely work progress against the brief
• Sharing Monthly reports with clients
• Produce visually appealing and on-brand videos, written content, graphics, and images that are on-brand and consistent with the company’s tone and voice.
• Possess the ability to anticipate deviations from normal processes and take corrective action
• Own projects from start to finish, collaborate with the team to come up with creative concepts, ideas, and strategies for new video and written content.
• Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking.
• Maintain reports for better project management.
• Have a head full of ideas and a mind wide open to observe and learn.
• Take responsibility for all outputs on one’s accounts
• Create and execute content plans around major events and campaigns.
• Thorough knowledge of the processes involved in content creation.
• View all jobs critically to ensure value additions and quality delivery
• Manage and monitor all content creation activities and results
• Be passionate about creativity and engagement, relentless in your efforts, and persistent in achieving results.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry and social media platforms, and using this knowledge to enhance content creation and engagement with our audience.
• Understand and prepare creative / media briefs and submit them well in time
• Take control and report on all aspects to the designated senior
• Liaise with creative and editorial teams to develop copy and visuals for all digital platforms.

Requirements

• A good understanding of major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (including an understanding of algorithms, uses and trends)
• The patience of a saint - you have to manage demanding clients & appease your teammates after all.
• Ability to understand and create engaging content for different target audiences
• 1-2 years of experience in video editing/video content creation preferably in a social media context
• Highly organised and self-disciplined with a strategic mindset
• Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively.
• You must be scrappy and should be adaptive to speed
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

• A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside of the box and come up with unique ideas for video and graphic content.
• You understand High Ticket Sales.

• Ability to provide content recommendations adapted to each platform
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management
• A clear head & communication to avoid misunderstanding between clients and the teams.
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar) and experienced using social media for professional purposes, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Proficiency in video editing and production software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• A willingness to learn and grow with the company, staying up-to-date with industry trends and new software.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment.
