Job Description
:
• According to the brand positioning and target audience, formulate (IG & Tiktok) content plan including video script, content type, posting frequency, reporting, etc.
• Responsible for the creation, shooting and editing of short videos, ensuring the quality and attractiveness of the video content, and matching the preferences and needs of the target audience.
• According to the characteristics of the target audience and market conditions, select a suitable short video platform to publish, and manage and maintain related accounts, including content updates, interactive replies, etc.
• Monitor the performance data of short videos, such as playback volume, forwarding volume, comment interaction and other indicators, analyze user behavior and feedback, optimize short video content and strategies, and increase user participation and conversion rates.
• Cooperate with the cross division such as campaign specialist, PPC, KOL specialist, production team to disseminate short video content to more target audiences through cross-platform promotion, expanding influence and brand exposure.
• Cooperate with partners or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) in related fields to plan short video activities and promotional activities to increase user participation and brand cooperation opportunities.
• Manage the user community on the short video platform, reply to user messages and comments in a timely manner, handle complaints and disputes, and maintain good user relationships and reputation.
• Keep up with the latest trends in the short video industry and user needs, conduct market research and competitive product analysis, create "without the boxes" short video ideation and content, and enhance competitiveness and user experience.

Requirements:
• Education: min. bachelor's degree
• Min 1 year experience as content creator for trending platform ( IG & Tiktok )
• Proficient in end-to-end content production, start from planning, shooting, editing, posting videos and reporting
• Having knowledge regarding Digital Marketing in general and able to analyze metrics and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and target
