Content Creator & Host Jobs

Matchawear is a fashion brand on TikTok, focused on providing top notch quality with very competitive pricing. Our products range from tops to bottoms, with style that are suitable for your daily needs.

Our office is located in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. We are seeking a creative, open-minded, and fast forward thinking Content Creator & Host to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Discuss and work with the team to ensure that the content is engaging and collaborate on developing strategies to maintain relevance and improve customer engagement.
• Introduce and display our products, interacting with audience and give proper guidance regarding the products (includes answering questions, demonstrating the products, size guide, providing coupons and discounts, how to order, etc.)
• Discuss and collaborate with marketing team on creating a script & schedule for the live stream, as well as review and recapping the live streaming report review based on the market's response and feedback.
• Engage in other digital aspect such as TikTok stories, communicating with customers through comments, likes, and etc.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends on social media contents and fashion trend.
• Brainstorm new ideas and campaigns to boost sales, as well as developing strategies to reach the sales target, maintain relevance, and improve customer engagement.
• Be the face and representative of Matchawear's TikTok & other social media channel.
• Responsible for handling Matchawear's social media account and uploading contents based on daily schedule.
• Host in live streaming broadcast from the office 2 times a week, with a duration of 2-3 hours per day.
• Help the Sales Team in preparing and executing creative ideas for daily video content on Matchawear's TikTok channel (5-7 posts per week)

Job Qualifications:

• Have a sense of responsibility & is reliable.
• Experienced in creating content & comfortable being on camera and filming themselves speaking.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, have a good articulation and excellent in verbal communicating skills
• Have a good understanding in marketing skills, strategies, and implementation.
• Optimistic and a Problem Solver
• Always curious and have an eye for the fashion & beauty industry
• A quick learner in understanding the product's knowledge, able to adjust with new information and quick problem solving skill.
• Active on Social Media & have a good knowledge of trends that are currently happening
• Have a certain understanding of Tiktok dressing and beauty, and experienced in social media content & live streaming is a must
