Job Description
Teritory sales executive to accelerate the growth of our Gourmet brands (Van Houten Professional, Callebaut, Cacao Barry, Carma, Mona Lisa) via acquisition, retention & growth of Key Accounts (OEM, Bakery/Pastry Chains, HORECA Chains, C&C Chains) in Jabodetabek, West Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan.


About The Job


  • Liaise closely with marketing & the chocolate academy chefs to host inspiration/co-creation days to develop innovative product solutions for your clients
  • Collaborate with a multifunctional team: R&D, supply chain, QA, marketing, sales, chocolate academy chefs, customer service to deliver the best overall customer experience
  • Work with supply chain & customer support to work on forecasting, stock levels & deliveries to ensure optimum customer service
  • Generate strong brand awareness & “pull” at the end-user level via sales & marketing initiatives both, independently & in collaboration with distributors
  • Travel around Indonesia to identify new opportunities, keep in touch with market developments & ensure close proximity to clients
  • Ensure customer retention, loyalty, and growth via upselling, cross-selling & unparalleled customer service
  • Collaborate with Chef & Distributor team to develop recipes and to meet the customer requirements
  • Lead the growth of our Key Account business in Thailand by identifying, hunting & securing new Key Account Customers in all priority channels (OEM, Bakery/Pastry Chains, HORECA Chains)
  • Closely liaison with distributors & their sales teams to achieve synergies and accelerate growth
  • Own your customer portfolio, KPIs & steer your business independently with the guidance of your manager


About You


  • Min. 3yrs Sales & marketing experience, ideally in bakery/pastry products, food ingredients, or branded food products
  • Familiarity with SalesForce & SAP is a plus
  • Experience with distributors & distribution networks, especially in foodservice a plus
  • Good understanding or experience of brand and Horeca Industry
  • Competencies in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint is a must
  • Experience working with or managing key accounts (OEM, Bakery/Pastry Chains, HORECA Chains, C&C Chains) is critical.
  • Willing to do business trip
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business/marketing- Hospitality field
  • Fluent in English: written & spoken
  • Competencies in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint is a must
