Job Description

Are you eloquent in your articulation and confident in both written and verbalcommunication? As Placement Supervisor - Indonesia, for the Indonesian market you will be the main point of contact for our potential candidates and are responsible to guide them to the most suitable and beneficial programs. You will be acting as a career coach and human resource counselor, providing candidates with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. You will be actively supplying the worldwide best luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their operations.


Handle daily administrative tasks and take initiative in supporting candidates as well as other team members through all possible challenges they might be facing. Adaptability is essential and problem solving is a daily activity as you will be putting out figurative fires whenever they occur. Organize your time efficiently and set personal deadlines to achieve your targets. Handle our sales software and continuously analyze & monitor your KPIs to ultimately improve your sales numbers and achieve increasingly more success.


You will form long-lasting relations with your candidates and ensure that they will achieve their dreams of taking their career abroad. Provide personalized service, adapt to different situations on a daily basis and assist young professionals in gaining a life changing experience. You are responsible that the candidates are successful in achieving their goals by going out of your way to assist, encourage and support them however you see fit!


Requirements


  • Organizational skills and eye for detail
  • Service-oriented profile, passionate for hospitality and helping others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa)
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Hotel Operations, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Be a bachelor’s graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Able to work independently and take initiative to exceed objectives
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines - time management


Responsibilities


  • Represent Placement International in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligently
  • Possess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
  • Responsible for tracking candidates and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis
  • Offer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programs
  • Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
  • Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences
  • Develop strategies to maintain and grow partnerships with universities
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs
  • Utilize HubSpot and CRM to track & process candidates efficiently
  • Organize & assist in recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment events
