About The Role

The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in scaling the material planning and production planning functions to ensure a smooth and successful commercial launch of Kerry Karawang as the Flavor Hub for the SEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach all team in supply chain in daily activities and any projects in order to achieve SC objectives/KPI and build good team work.
• Communicate and cooperate with suppliers for all matters related to supply chain (supply demand, schedule shipment).
• Manage, coordinate and responsible for daily all supply chain tasks and team in achieving target and give support to the business (supply planning, scheduling, call off).
• Manage, review and minimize bad stock/NC stock to minimize any loss of stocks.
• Ensure the implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety Quality (FSQ) policy & procedures in respective department.
• Implement, monitor and improve systems and work procedures in supply chain in order to achieve high effectively, efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory control in optimum level to support customer order in full and on time also achieve target stock/inventory as well.
• Manage, monitor and review all import activities PO, shipment, eta port and eta warehouse, solve any issues raise and make sure all running well.
• Monitor, direct and improve all process flow in supply chain for effectiveness and more efficient.
• Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with internal team (Production, Warehouse, R&D, QA, Maintenance, Purchasing, others) together with other Kerry staffs in region or other sites to achieve the company target and goals and also for projects.
• Analyse reports, data and performance of supply chain and make work plans to solve the issues.
• Communicate and cooperate with government institution (trade minister, agriculture minister, custom) and another 3rd party (forwarder agent) to support all supply chain roles and targets such as licenses, permits, updated regulations).
• Manage, monitor and review yearly/monthly/daily material planning/requirements based on yearly sales budget/forecast/customer orders to ensure all customer orders can be fulfilled on time and in full delivery.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Flavour industries
• Good understanding of Food Management System, and Safety Environment Management System
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Minimum in Bachelor Degree with Bachelors in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or related field required
• Cost management experience
