Job Requirement:

• Ability to identify asset-related issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in conducting financial analysis to evaluate asset performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to ensure efficient asset utilization across the logistics network.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, such as cost analysis, depreciation, and return on investment (ROI).
• Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Strong project management skills to oversee asset-related initiatives and ensure timely completion.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance related to asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, asset tracking, and inventory management.
• Proactive approach to mitigating risks and optimizing asset performance.
• Ability to conduct asset lifecycle analysis and optimize asset utilization.
• Proven work experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on asset management.
• Proficiency in asset tracking, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Ability to handle complex logistics challenges and adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with asset management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Aptitude for making data-driven decisions and balancing competing priorities.
• Proven leadership skills to manage a team of asset management professionals.

• Address and resolve asset-related issues and risks, ensuring minimal disruptions to logistics operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to logistics asset management.
• Conduct regular asset inspections and audits to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and plan for asset replacements or upgrades.
• Develop and manage budgets for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize asset allocation and utilization across the logistics network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset planning, including forecasting demand, acquiring new assets, and disposing of obsolete assets.
• Lead a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies to optimize the utilization and performance of logistics assets.
• Establish processes for tracking, maintaining, and repairing assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective asset maintenance and repair.
• Implement asset tracking systems and utilize data analytics to monitor asset utilization, performance, and maintenance schedules.
• Analyze asset-related data and financial reports to evaluate asset performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
