Senior Of Financial Institutions

We are looking for Senior Financial Institutions that will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the implementation of financing targets has aligned with the Financial Institution Relationship along with the coordination of the money market limits by treasury
• Creating a marketing or promotion of FI credit products by executing/ channeling/ asset buying/ join financing/ AR/etc. to all segmented customers that have been determined by business strategy
• Ensure that all the business processes comply with internal and external regulations/procedures
• Providing recommendations for credit financing to all committees and the board of directors
• Monitoring and maintaining a good relationship with our debtor in order to make sure the credit process has run smoothly
• Creating a marketing strategy for financing products to banks/multi finance/ BPR / Fintech/ etc.
• Responsible for grooming and maximizing the capability of the team along with creating a positive working environment
• Creating and making sure the implementation of regular budgeting has aligned with the plan

For this role, we will need someone who:

• Competent with high integrity with problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT)
• Having min 10 years of experience in credit & collection in the Banking Industry
• Having min 5 years as a credit collection manager/leader in Banking Industry
• Strong knowledge of marketing, credit, collection & recovery, and banking operational
• A team player, a fast learner, and have good leadership and communication skills
• Able to create strategic decision-making in a fast-paced working environment
• English proficiency is a must
• Certified in BSMR (minimum level 1) is a must
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
