Senior Manager Information Security

Influx is seeking to hire a Senior Manager of Information Security with experience in roadmapping and architecting security infrastructures with risk-based guidance. This person will also serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all information security-related issues and works closely with the senior management team to ensure that Influx’s information security goals are aligned with its overall business objectives.

The role will report directly to the Head of Platform and often partnering with the CEO and COO.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong ability to develop, deploy, analyze, and improve the organization’s security programs, as well as excellent communication skills to raise awareness around information security knowledge in the whole organization.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry
• Serve as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy and control framework
• Experience in security management and developing protocol
• High attention to detail
• Respond quickly and correctly to security incidents and breach
• Able to lead the policies roadmapping and deployment across organization
• Open-mindedness, and the ability and willingness to work with people from various cultures and ways of life
• Strong systemizer

Bonus Point

• Certified in information security certification e.g. CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, CISM, etc.
• Four years of executive or management-level experience in systems security
• Certified in GIAC certification: GISO, GSLC, GCFW, or GSNA.
