Director Information Security Jobs

Influx is seeking to hire a Director of Information Security with experience in roadmapping and architecting security infrastructures with risk-based guidance. This person will also serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all information security-related issues and works closely with the senior management team to ensure that Influx’s information security goals are aligned with its overall business objectives.

The role will report directly to the Head of Platform, often partnering with the CEO and COO, and will have subordinates.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong ability to develop, deploy, and improve the organization’s security programs, as well as excellent communication skills to raise awareness around information security knowledge in the whole organization.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in security management and developing protocol
• High attention to detail
• 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry
• Strong systemizer
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Serve as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy and control framework
• Respond quickly and correctly to security incidents and breaches
• Open-mindedness, and the ability and willingness to work with people from various cultures and ways of life
• Able to lead the security policies roadmapping and deployment across organization

Bonus Point

• Certified in information security certification e.g. CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, CISM, etc.
• Certified in GIAC certification: GISO, GSLC, GCFW, or GSNA.
• Four years of executive or management-level experience in systems security
