Description & Requirements

Sr Brand Manager Soy is fully responsible to manage the Soy Category from end to end process. Responsible for managing product innovation & renovation- creating engaging brand experience through relevant consumer touch points- Manage the product profitability- monitoring & analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking & groom the team in all aspects of Marketing functions.

• Full budgetary responsibility to ensure promotion campaign and initiative are launched effectively- in terms of spending limits and campaign impact.
• Developing marketing strategies to leverage the position of the brands- whilst optimizing consumer synergies for total ABC Soy Category
• Developing plan to market strategies by utilizing the full marketing mix.
• Leading portfolio assessment and implementing agreed plan.
• Undertaking complete analysis of market and brand performance and closely monitoring all implementations.

Requirement

• Strong marketing skill- business acumen and commercial mindset
• Experience in managing brand development (NPD - innovation and renovation)- brand building (brand communication & campaign)- and other 360 marketing activities
• Min. 5-7 years of working experience in related area
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Minimum bachelor degree- master degree is an advantage
• Fluent in English
