Job Description

s :

  1. Provide personal assistance and support for any activities to Directors.
  2. Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Directors and/or other leadership staff.
  3. Assist in assigning, communicating, monitoring progress, and reporting tasks to other functional staff.
  4. Arrange and coordinate corporate trips, meetings and other events
  5. Assists in any ad hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
  6. Conduct research, and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  7. Create, Organize, and maintain records, minutes, and reports.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a secretary or similar role
  • Service-centric attitude with proven ability to anticipate needs and handle each situation with diplomacy and discretion
  • Comfortable with the fast pace, dynamic, flexible, and agile environment
  • Excellent reading and researching skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (listening, writing, and verbally)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferred Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial Academy Graduates
  • Structures and organized thinker, mature and trustworthy
