- Provide personal assistance and support for any activities to Directors.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Directors and/or other leadership staff.
- Assist in assigning, communicating, monitoring progress, and reporting tasks to other functional staff.
- Arrange and coordinate corporate trips, meetings and other events
- Assists in any ad hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
- Conduct research, and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Create, Organize, and maintain records, minutes, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a secretary or similar role
- Service-centric attitude with proven ability to anticipate needs and handle each situation with diplomacy and discretion
- Comfortable with the fast pace, dynamic, flexible, and agile environment
- Excellent reading and researching skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (listening, writing, and verbally)
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial Academy Graduates
- Structures and organized thinker, mature and trustworthy
