Sales Support Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Managing the correspondence between the sales & marketing team and their customers
• Performing sales administration and other secretarial work.
• Perform data classification and maintain data
• Responsible for planning, monitoring the timeline, and checking the quality of ongoing projects to ensure that they are in accordance with the schedule
• Processing Data into Reports.
• Providing data and reports to help the sales & marketing team in order to ensuring the sales results are met
• Processing new sales leads
• Filling Documents.
• Entering data into the system.

Requirements:

• High Proficient in Ms. Excel and detail oriented
• Experience in Sales Support/Vendor
• Minimum 1 year, preferably with experience in a fast paced environment (tech companies, consulting, banking)
• Candidate minimum D3/S1 graduate from Accounting/Management
• Have a high work ethic, dynamic, integrated, and ability to thrive and adapt in a fast changing environment
• Understand transaction flow
• Target oriented and able to work in a team
