As the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, and build strong relationships with key customers. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team, along with your strong sales acumen, will be essential in meeting and exceeding business objectives. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and propose appropriate actions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure effective product distribution and promotion.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
The Successful Applicant
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
