Finance Manager (Semarang) Jobs

Our client is a Multinational hospital chain that has been at the advance of healthcare excellence for almost 20 years. As they have expand their business, the operations in Indonesia are currently looking for a Finance Manager in Semarang.

:

• Manage daily activities of the accounting members to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the Authority (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, taxation, etc.).
• Coordinate financial planning and analysis to provide financial feedback for management.
• Understand tax planning and make sure all transactions run in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Financial budgeting and strategic planning.
• Review the monthly financial statements, including supporting reports to ensure
• Completeness and accuracy.

Requirements :

• Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 35 - 45 years old.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Able to speak English (Active).
• Strong leadership skills and able handling many subordinates.
