Analyze needs and provide support in order to improve store effective & efficient store management systems

Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy.

Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.

Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets.

Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field, with minimum GPA 3.00

Manage all HR responsibilities (Training Development, IR, Talent Management, Compensation Benefits, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or any related field

Manage all HRGA development and programs

Min. 4 years as HR Manager in a manufacturing company (large scale)

Contribute to the company's growth in the HR aspect

Create and plan training activities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Sales manager in property sector.

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Google Apps (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides).

Have experience and understanding of digital marketing.

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
