👑 Job Role

• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with enterprises and real estate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and real estate clients
• Coordinate and manage partnership implementation
• Create and adapt marketing content for field requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams for aligned partnership strategies
• Monitor partnership performance and generate reports. Proactively resolve issues during partnerships
• Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and deliverables
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Conduct market research for industry trends and growth opportunities

⛩️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of business development principles, including identifying new partnership opportunities, conducting market research, and developing client solutions for growth
• Previous sales and partnership experience, preferably with enterprise/corporate and real estate clients, is highly valued
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets, delivering on commitments, and driving outcomes from partnerships. This includes measuring performance, analyzing financial data, and making data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with the Sustainability or Waste Management industry is essential, including understanding the target audience, market dynamics, competition, and trends
• Effective project management skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail, ensure successful implementation
