This position will be responsible for assisting the HRGA Manager in overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources, general affairs, and administrative functions for the representative office in Indonesia.

Description
- HR Operations and Administration:
In this capacity, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. This includes maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, updating HRIS systems, and ensuring data integrity. You will assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Furthermore, you will contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience. Your administrative support will encompass tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings for the HR team.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Within the compensation and benefits domain, you will assist in administering various programs. This involves overseeing salary reviews, incentives, and performance-related rewards. You will collaborate with the payroll and finance departments to ensure accurate processing of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits. Responding to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct research on market trends and benchmarking data to provide recommendations for competitive compensation and benefits packages. Educating employees about their compensation and benefits will also be crucial.
- General Affairs:
General affairs encompass a wide range of responsibilities related to office management and facility operations. As part of your role, you will oversee general affairs activities such as office maintenance, facility management, and procurement of office supplies. This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services and supplies. Additionally, you will handle travel arrangements, including visa processing, accommodation, and transportation. Supporting the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences will also be within your purview. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment.
- Employee Relations:
Your role will involve providing support in handling employee relations matters. This includes addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. You will assist in promoting a positive work environment by ensuring effective communication of HR policies and procedures. Collaborating with managers and employees, you will work towards resolving any employee-related issues and concerns that may arise. Moreover, you will play a role in fostering employee engagement and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Compliance:
As an HRGA professional, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes staying updated on changes in labor laws and industry practices to make necessary updates to policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to established policies. Maintaining data confidentiality and complying with data protection regulations will be essential in your role.
Profile
- Ideally coming from a multinational company background.
- Possess an active certification from BNSP or CHRP or HRM.
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Professional level of English proficiency.
- Proven experience in HR Operations and General Affairs.
