Job Description

About The Company:

  • The working venue is inJakarta Selatan.
  • Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking forGeneral Manager Sales & Marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Suggest to the BOD which staff/department should be involved in the project based on experience of other residential projects.
  • Provides recommendations on training and development, planning for subordinates.
  • Manage the daily growth and development of the assigned campaigns.
  • Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple media channels.
  • Design and draft, review and implement subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for operations.
  • Handle the relationship with clients, consultants, agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activities.
  • Analyses statistical information on staff attendance, overtime, and leave, address deviations or occurrences of abuse and/or workplace conflict through the implementation of corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
  • Monitor and follow-up on specific tasks and project deliverables.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
  • Involved in the recruitment process for the Sales and Marketing department and determine staffing levels for the department.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Director in-charge of sales and marketing.
  • Compile, control and monitor the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits with subordinates and report to appropriate Director In-Charge or the BOD.
  • Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Update knowledge of new regulations, legal documentation and property management related to sales and marketing.
  • Monitor the sales status of the sales consultant and sales team, and report to appropriate Director in-charge, or the BOD.
  • Provide guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budget.


Qualifications

  • Equipped with good Microsoft office skill set (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
  • Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
  • Experienced on handling High Rise Building project in Jakarta
  • Business level English.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/Property Development industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Hold Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Familiar with preparation of financial models, project budget and regulation on foreign buyers’ policy.
  • Experience in handling legal documentation related to sales and purchase of residential projects and handing over of properties to purchasers.
  • Familiar with the Indonesian Omnibus Law about foreign ownership of real estate property.


Monthly Salary: 30.000.000 - IDR37.000.000 + Bonuses
