This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok located in Sekotong. The Sales Manager (MICE) will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving revenue growth through selling meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. The Sales Manager (MICE) will also be responsible for building relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with the operations team to ensure successful events.

• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team to achieve revenue goals
• Knowledge of event planning and execution
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales management, specifically in MICE industry
