Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies and competitors' offerings to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies and be able to provide the best solutions for customers or prospects
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through various channels, including networking such as industry events and conferences, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure customers make payments on time.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and understand customer needs and demonstrate how our software can effectively meet those needs including answering technical questions and providing guidance on product features and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services – its features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success and product development, to develop solutions and deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customer and to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and provide the right solutions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process


Qualifications & Requirement:

  • Able to operate Microsoft Suite (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM solution (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
  • Process knowledge for CRM, HCM and Collaboration Tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in speaking Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in: business, marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
