Gm Marketing (Retail Tools/Fan Company)

Our client, an established fan company is looking fora dynamic and experienced GM Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of their well-established retail tools & hardware company. As the GM Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

2. Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.

3. Conduct market research to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

5. Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including digital, print, and social media.

6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.

7. Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI (Return on Investment).

8. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail marketing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

2. Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the retail industry, specifically tools & hardware.

3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies.

4. Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
