At least 2-4 years of relevant hands-on experience in project management of large scale projects

Familiar with eCommerce and Social Commerce platforms and their content requirements

Major in User Experience Design, Art Design, Graphic Design or something related

1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing

Agency background is an advantage but not a requirement

Create visual proposals, presentations which includes copywriting and content creation

Create and deliver high-quality visual design outcomes like mood boards, concepts, UI layouts, components and style guides

Solid management and negotiation skills & KPI set up

Solid knowledge on DTC ecommerce operation models (especially .com)

Good analytical skill with capturing trends from raw data

3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing

Lead and decide the shop annual promotion planning & execution together with central marketing expertise team and platforms

Profitability responsibility through budget planning & monitoring, shop operational cost monitoring and T&C negotiation & monitoring with platform or service provider
