Job Description

We are actively expanding our team and looking for a professional English-speaking Sales Director. We are searching for a person with an excellent background on the same position, who is really into sales and knows how to improve the niche of investment property.


Job responsibilities:

1. Monitoring the work of Sales Managers and Sales Executives;

2. Establishing and coordinating the development of short- and long-term sales plans;

3. Establishing and coordinating the client base, its maintenance, analysis, structuring;

4. Participation in exhibitions/representation of company’s interests;

5. Control of all sales processes;

6. Making reports and metrics;

7. Efficiency analysis of the English-speaking Sales Department;

8. Analysis of competitors, finding growth points for the company’s sales system;

9. Establishing Sales Department Development Strategy;


Our perfect candidate has:

⁃ 5+ years of successful experience in building sales in the English-speaking markets (Dubai, Thailand, Australia, Europe, Canada);

⁃ Proficient level of English language (C2);

⁃ Successful confirmed cases;

⁃ A potential team and potential partners for quick team establishing and expanding the area;

⁃ High level of autonomy in decision making;

⁃ Salary is based on the main part and KPI system (15,000$ + KPI);
