LESSO New Energy, a flagship division of the Group, specialises in making solar panels, inverters, and energy storage systems, and providing new-energy solutions.


Founded in 2022, LESSO New Energy has been growing with spectacular pace. We have a production capacity of 7GW for solar panels in early 2023, and expect a global capacity of over 15GW by the end of 2023.


The LESSO Centre for New Energy Projects is a global centre for creativity, expertise, and business solutions. We design and manage solar-power projects for the Group’s customers around the world, from Cairo to Copenhagen, from Shenzhen to San Francisco, from big to small, from beginning to end.


The Project Development Director will be the founding member of our Centre for New Energy Projects in Indonesia. We welcome aspiring professionals to join us for this bright and exciting journey of building a solar-powered world.


Responsibilities


1. Discover business opportunities, develop business relationships, and achieve business deals for solar-power projects in Indonesia

2. Manage entire selling process, from forecasting and pitching to actual product delivery and payment collection, for your accounts

3. Lead the engineering of our solar-power projects in Indonesia

4. Lead the local collaboration with our Shenzhen Engineering Headquarters in China

5. Develop an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) team in Indonesia


Requirements


1. Experience in managing an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) team for solar-power projects in Indonesia

2. Solid knowledge of the solar power industry and other new-energy industries in Indonesia

3. Fluent in English or Chinese
