On behalf of our client that operates digitalization-centric corporate services, approved by the Singaporean Govt, focusing on digital accounting solutions and providing end-to-end services primarily for SMEs in Singapore, we are looking for a Sales and Client Success.

Description

The Sales and Client Success will work with other sales and client success team members to share the work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals
• Onboard clients with the Ops team
• Liaise with clients to follow up on presentations
• Upsell any products
• Follow up with clients on our programs
• Sales deck preparation
• Follow up with clients on satisfaction
• Sales presentations over video/voice call

Qualifications

• Proficient in English
• Passion for service
• Likeable person
• Patient and active listener
• Have knowledge of customer success processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, personality, service-oriented)
• Able to take on instructions very well
