Reporting & Mis Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Recording and documenting transactions related to accounting policies, judgements, and estimates;
2. Ensuring that financial data in the dashboard and database are accurate, valid, available promptly, complete, consistent with one another, easily accessible by the authorised person, and secure.
3. Preparing consolidated reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and financial statement assertions.
4. Ensuring that the financial data follows Indonesian GAAP and financial statements assertions.
5. Providing support and assistance during a financial audit or other collaboration with external parties requiring financial data.
6. Overseeing proper internal control of Reporting and MIS business process in MahaDasha Group by setting the standard and monitoring the implementation in Holding and Subsidiaries.
7. Leading projects to enhance reporting and data management systems or processes.

The candidate must be methodical, orderly, and organised in documenting works, data, and documents.

In addition, having the below skills will be a plus. However, we will provide training and projects to enhance these skills:

1. Financial accounting system;
2. Data visualisation;
3. Data management; and
4. Business process understanding.
