Operation & Risk Control Specialist

:

1. Fully understand the current status of the subsidiary's operations.
2. Sort out and master the operation workflow of the subsidiary company, and have the ability to work independently.
3. Do a good job of data docking with the headquarters, and be responsible for warehouse material inventory.
4. Master customer information.
5. Support the local ERP to go online and standardize the operation, and formulate the operation SOP process.
6. Master various resources such as local credit insurance, logistics, insurance, warehousing, etc., control and optimize costs, and standardize operations.
7. Other work arranged by the leadership, etc.
8. Set up company policy and risk control system according to headquarters indication.
9. Sales Order and Purchasing Order audit.
10. Checking customer payment date, overdue payment collection, and customer backup PO following.
11. Checking the processing of Allianz (credit insurance company) for customer overdue payment cases after reporting the customer overdue payment to the credit insurance company.
12. New customer credit checking and applying for credit from Insurance (online),
13. Other administrative support

Qualifications:

1. 1-2years of working experience in accounting or sales assistant field (also high potential fresh graduates are welcome)
2. Able to communicate in English both orally and in writing
3. Proficient with MS Office and ERP system
4. High attention to detail
5. Able to work both in a team or independent
