Accounting Supervisor Jobs

Banda, a leading company in food industry specializing in protein products, is looking for a fit candidate for Accounting Supervisor position.

We are looking for candidate who will be responsible for managing the accounting function, including tracking and collecting payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing, and tax handling.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)

Manage tax audits and payroll

Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues

Manage month-end and year-end closing

Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department

Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records

Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives

Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets

Ensure compliance with the law

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related area

4-5 years of experience working as Accounting Supervisor/Leader/Coordinator

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience and knowledge in Account Receivable/Payable, Sales Flow and Billing

Experience in Taxation

Experience in sales reporting and reconcile process

Deep understanding in the making of financial statements and related documents

Attention to detail, regulation, and provision
