Accounting Supervisor Jobs

The New You Institute is currently hiring for Experienced people to be placed at Yogyakarta and Solo.The details are as follows:

Required :

• Understand key concepts of tax returns (i.e. corporate income tax, withholding tax and indirect taxes) in foreign jurisdictions where the company has legal presence
• Proven experience in operating Ms. Excel, or any Accounting Software/System
• High initiative, responsible, and agile.
• Professional ability requirements: Familiar with Indonesian financial regulations,
• Preferably to have experience in consumer electronic/gadget/mobile industry
• Bachelor's degree with GPA minimal 3.00, majoring in Accounting
• Having minimum 3 years experience in related field. Experienced both in Finance & Accounting will be a good plus
• Provide tax team with accurate information for the purpose of tax compliance in local jurisdictions

What Will you do :

• Prepares internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments
• Prepares general ledger or journal entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
• Ensures all invoice paid timely
• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
• Reconciles order and bank account timely and accurately
• Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; -reconciling accounts.
• Prepare payment to vendor/supplier, ensure all payment paid on time
• Set Manage the company's financial flow
• Input Report Tax to Goverment
• Input incoming and outgoing transaction effectively on a daily basis
• Support all the Finance & Accounting task on a daily basis
• Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
