Staff Operation Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate tasks and help to define the road map to successfully complete the project;
• Develop documentation to monitor projects from planning to implementation;
• Perform data analysis related to business process;
• Coordinate with internal and/or external teams (partners) in implementing projects related to business processes & operational procedures;
• Produce presentations, reports, diagrams, flow charts, and/or other written docs related to operation procedure and/or business process.

Requirements

• Good analytical thinking
• Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate well with various stakeholders;
• Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in public policy, business, economic or another relevant field from reputable university with min GPA of 2.75;
• Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Highly organized, attention to detail and solution oriented;
• Willing to work with fully WFO arrangement
• Great project management skills to be able to designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects;
• Had minimum of 1 year of experience working in start-ups/tech companies, banking/financial, government bodies;
• Passionate about government programs related to social assistance and/or digitization of public services;
