Cash Operation Analyst Jobs

Educational Background: Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Business Management, or Finance from a reputable university.

Fresh graduates from recognized universities with a strong understanding of relevant fields and analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in using advanced functions for data analysis.

Intermediate PowerPoint skills for creating effective presentations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate and deliver analyses effectively.

Resilience to work with diverse and unstructured data sets.

Minimal 2 years of professional experience preferably in the operational Order to Cash including sales transaction and inventory management.

Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

Having experience in Account Receivable, Cash Application, Inventory, Month End Close, Reconciliation and Cash and Bank

Having functional knowledge of SAP, MS Office Excel, Power BI and automation

Familiar with general knowledge of accounting principles

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Oversee the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a sales analyst, sales operations, or relevant experience is required

Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or CRM administration is beneficial

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great project management skills to be able to designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects;

Had minimum of 1 year of experience working in start-ups/tech companies, banking/financial, government bodies;

Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate well with various stakeholders;

Develop documentation to monitor projects from planning to implementation;

Perform data analysis related to business process;

Oversee and coordinate tasks and help to define the road map to successfully complete the project;

Experience in change management, and/or project management

2-5 years of relevant experience

Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis
