Oversee the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a sales analyst, sales operations, or relevant experience is required

Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or CRM administration is beneficial

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good Knowledge and experiences of Data Visualization software like Power BI

Managing Business requirement and test case for IPOS System as a part of User Acceptance Testing

At Least 3 years relevant experiences in Data Analytics or Reporting area

Having experience to support User test Case/UAT test Case

Provide Screening AML & High Risk Client for Non Individual Client

Produce Ad-Hoc report for NBUW with customize template

Great project management skills to be able to designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects;

Had minimum of 1 year of experience working in start-ups/tech companies, banking/financial, government bodies;

Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate well with various stakeholders;

Develop documentation to monitor projects from planning to implementation;

Perform data analysis related to business process;

Oversee and coordinate tasks and help to define the road map to successfully complete the project;

Good knowledge of Accounting/Finance/Treasury/Banking area.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline

1-2 years of experience in Accounting/Treasury/Banking area is highly preferred.

English verbal communication and writing skills.

Power BI and/or other reporting tools skill is a plus.

Possess proficiency to operate SAP, Ms. Office (excel, word, power point), and other utility applications.

Minimum 5 years experience in Fintech industry

Experience in Funding & Insurance Operation is advantage

Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills

Managing Funding & Credit Insurance operations

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Insurance Operations activities: register policy, invoice settlement, claim processing, top-up premium, etc

Maintaining relationships with Funding & Insurance partners

2+ years of experience as an operations analyst or in a similar position.

Experienced and certified K3 & HSE would be a plus
