Job Description

Our client, A business in Lease Financing based in Jakarta, is #hiring Regulatory Compliance Manager with details listed below:


Responsibilities

  • Manage the dissemination of information and/or training sessions concerning the latest regulations and laws to the management team.
  • Fulfill other assigned duties.
  • Address and analyze gaps between regulations and company operations.
  • Ensure timely and compliant submission of reports to regulatory bodies and government.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to other functions such as Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML-CFT), in alignment with the applicable regulations and laws.


Qualifications

  • More than 6 years as Compliance in Financial Industry (Preferred from Banking industries or Leasing) and with 3 years in managerial level.
  • Business English proficiency
