Improve Governance and Compliance on Import, Customs and Regulatory roles,

E2E Process of Importation in place – No Penalty or Complaint related from all stakeholders,

Experience developing training curriculum/modules related to SMEs.

More than 5 years of working experience as Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance

Preferably has Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and/or Qualified Risk Management Officer (QRMO)

Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Data Analysis and Technology Skills

Experience in Big 4 Public Consulting or Accounting Firm (will be plus point)

Regularly reviewing and evaluating company adherence to policies and regulations.

Min. 5-7 years in Corporate Law experience, preferably focusing on Compliance

Knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal disciplines, including corporate law, accounting standards, insurance, supervisory, contact and litigation processes

Monitor regulatory compliance program implementation process, including delivering the training and evaluating implementation reports

Supervise Compliance team's daily activities to ensure the team's effeciency and effectiveness

University degree in Law/Business Law

Coordination and development Compliance support and arragements with other Compliance teams in the group

Knew basic legal, preferred from multi-finance corporate

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

Have a good negotiation skills

Conduct a compliance review of the corporate actions to comply with applicable regulations

Make updates to the laws and regulations relevant to the company's activities and company establishment certificate document

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Law

Management of Annual Compliance Attestation

Internal control framework and risk management

Support the communication and relation between PLA and external key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and life insurance association.

Support for Compliance Coordinator Framework implementation

Support implementation of PCA Regional Compliance Project (New PCA Regional Compliance Standard Implementation)

Update Compliance SOP in annual basis or if at any time as required by regulation/Prudential standard.

5. Responsible for service provider management, evaluate to bring in new ones and obsolesce unqualified ones.

2. Responsible for clarifying the customs & market requirements for import commodities, and support product lines expanding.

4. Familiar with customs system, HSCODE classification rules, Incoterms®2020, customs on-site declaration experience is preferred.

1. Responsible for import & export customs HSCode classification and study related regulation & policies compliance.

4. Enhance the ability of customs clearance, including process optimization, cost control, timeliness improvement and data analysis.

6. Support other works and temporary tasks from leader's and cross team's.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Daily monitor the AML-CTF program.

Handle AML-CTF reporting through SIGAP, GoAML, SIPENDAR, etc.

Perform daily monitoring and reporting of suspicious transactions.

Ensure that no DC/Branch of AMS is subjected to Temporary Suspension of Activities sanctions/warning sanctions due to CDOB/CDAKB violations.

Minimize audit findings from external parties (BPOM and Ministry of Health) regarding Critical and Major findings in DC/Branch of AMS.

Ensure that the Compliance audit is conducted according to the scheduled timeline until the final reporting.

Well understand of Quality Management process and product

Proven experience as compliance manager

Experience in wooden furniture/woodworking is preferable

In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
