Unilever is currently hiring for an Assistant Manager E2E Import and Regulatory for Home Care based in HO-Grha Unilever, Indonesia

Our Customer Operation/ Customer Experience team is embarking on an exciting journey as it E2E Process Import, Customs, and Regulatory Operations to support make to deliver Home Care products.

If you are a fresh Industrial Engineering graduate, self-motivated and fast learner, has strong communication and interpersonal skill, computer literacy skill, and a passion for creating solutions with holistic data lead to define analytics logic for developing Import application system (Project CITRUS), then we would love to hear from you!

What can you expect from the role?

• In daily operations, the talent will be fully responsible in handling and monitoring import process RPM, FG, CAPEX & MRO to support Business Unit,
• Secure Materials and Goods supply from Suppliers to Factory by managing Storage capacity, Buffer Stocks and Consignment Stocks level,
• Improve Competitiveness by optimizing PLB_PORSCHE to increase productivity, reduce Logistics Un-planned Costs, and reduce Stocks Inventory (SIT & SOH),
• Accelerate Transformational Capabilities (Technology Implementation and 3rd Partnership).
• E2E Process of Importation in place – No Penalty or Complaint related from all stakeholders,
• Improve Governance and Compliance on Import, Customs and Regulatory roles,
