What can you expect from the role?

• To implement and drive Unilever procurement strategies for Tube & Decoration.
• To support Indonesia Innovation program, partnering with Global and BUs teams
• Delivering sustainability agenda as per company target.
• To continuously improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities.
• Outstanding in idea generation, ideas that are forward thinking, and that contribute to creating sustained competitive advantage in Procurement Value
• To deliver cost savings/value creation based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.

• Skill in identifying opportunities to optimize current cost/process.
• Proficiency in managing costs, conducting analyses, and employing sourcing strategies to create value and achieve cost savings.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Proficiency in cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers, promoting mutual growth and value.
• Ability to strategize and plan the implementation of Unilever procurement strategies specific to Tube & Decoration, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Exceptional idea generation skills, consistently producing forward-thinking solutions that provide a competitive edge to Procurement Value.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with Global and Business Unit teams, supporting the Indonesia Innovation program through strong partnerships.
