Asst. Gtm Quality Manager

Main Job Purpose

• Lead and drive Quality Improvement based on consumer feedback.
• Support and track Quality Improvement projects at all sites.
• Responsible Right first time and Quality Assurance for Banded and Import product
• Lead and drive Quality Improvement based
• Support promotion/go to market by driving Risk Assessment actions along with Marketing across all BGs.

Key Accountabilities

Decision making and execution of the role impacts consumer safety and quality of UL products in the factories, warehouse, and marketplace with implications on UL reputation and brand equity.

• Support on promotion/go to market activity improvement program by driving Corrective and preventive actions along with Marketing across all BGs
• Support on right first time for Banded with develop Quality assurance and capability of co-packer
• Ensure right first time for import product through Management of Change/Risk Assessment.
• CAPA closure monitoring for Market Incident and D incident for import and banded product
• Review and understand consumer feedback data. Lead quality improvement in go to market area, support & track Quality improvement from factory.
• Review and understand data, get insight and drive to action.
• Responsible for every month insight of consumer feedback,

Additional Responsibilities

• Support on product superiority programme and competitor benchmark
• Actively participate in QSHE program within quality community and build quality culture , capability across functions.
• Responsible on procedure recall and mock up recall
• Responsible on activity and analytic data for On Shelf Assessment dry and cold project and bring out better insight/take proactive action based on OSA data

Essential

• Supply chain Job Skill Profile or CMI Job Skill Profile
• 3 years’ experience in manufacturing organisation
• University degree with experience in implementing process improvement activities in a manufacturing organisation.
• Data analytical skill profile
