Job Description
  • Provide regulatory guidance to business units with regard to regulatory submissions and premarket registration procedures
  • Manage the appropriate regulatory submissions and premarket registration, as well as interact and maintain relations with relevant authorities to obtain and maintain the product approvals
  • Monitor and provide regular updates on the regulatory environment that are relevant to the Bosch business
  • Check, control and negotiate the cost offered by 3rd parties / government agencies and work closely with business units to obtain approvals from business units
  • Support government relations programs as necessary
  • Responsible for coordination, preparation, and renewal of regulatory submissions (certifications, recommendations, labelling and some other permits and licenses that are relevant with Bosch products)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration Service / Law / Business Administration / Management
  • Good understanding of regulatory and certification processes
  • Being well-connected to the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Communications and/or certifications bodies is a plus point
  • Results-driven, disciplined and excellent in multitasking, able to get things done
  • Excellent communications in Bahasa (written and oral) and English
  • Having project management skills and willing to do paperwork/administrative tasks
  • 3-5 years of experience in the area of regulatory affairs and/or compliance
