Job Description

  • Assist in candidate sourcing & selection process
  • Assist in candidate's data administrative records
  • Preparing needs regarding recruitment process
  • Assist in test & interview scheduling


What you will need in this role

  • Ability to articulate, defend, and challenge ideas
  • Ability to catch up with fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner, quickly adapt to novel situations, meticulous, and well-organized
  • Passionate about candidate and employee experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications (in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant majors from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00 (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Available for 3-6 months internship period
  • Able to join immediately & comfortable with Hybrid working arrangement
