Assist in Performance Management Process

Database Administration: Update & manage employee database, absence database, recruitment master tracker

Recruitment: Job Posting, Screening, Administer Mass Recruitment, Background Check Process

Branding: Design Engagement Post for LinkedIn and Career@INTAN

Onboarding: Assist in New Employee Orientation Process (Legality, Pendaftaran Absensi, Company Rules & Regulation)

Payroll Administration: Melakukan penarikan data absensi, merekap data absensi

Full remote (WFH) & Unpaid

Freshgraduate/mahasiswa tingkat akhir dipersilahkan melamar

Bersedia berkomitmen melakukan internship ini secara voluntary selama 3 bulan

Mempunyai akses jaringan internet, laptop dan smatprhone sendiri

Certification of completion, letter of recommendation can be provided on request based on meeting basic performance criteria

Fresh graduates or 0-1 year experience, preferably currently studying courses in HR/ engineering.

Solid skills in using office tools, Google suites, and good communication skills

Preparing needs regarding recruitment process

Assist in candidate sourcing & selection process

Assist in candidate's data administrative records

Able to join immediately & comfortable with Hybrid working arrangement

Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.

Developing new business by searching new clients for using recruitment service and building a strong relationship with the existing one.

Independently conduct an end-to-end business and recruitment process.

Prospect new clients and maintain relation with existing clients.

Identify and verify candidates through the system.

Communicate and negotiate with clients before and after sales activities.
