Details About Opportunity

People in the Project Manager are responsible for planning and overseeing the Marketing team and the volunteer staff to ensure the projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget

What you will do:

1. The Project Manager usually works by coordinating with the internal team and external teams to ensure the projects are delivered according to the deadline, so they must have good communication skills and be resourceful.
2. They are also in charge of leading or executing projects/special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Project Manager team, your volunteer role includes:

• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget, and to the right quality standards.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Education and experience

• Experience in project management (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Project Management Certification (PMP) (preferred)

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features.
• Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Fluent in English.
• Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
