👑 Job Role

• Collaborate with product owners and development team to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project management standards
• Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders and project team members
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote and market the product solution
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer and stakeholder expectations

⛩️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
• Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in IT product solutions for compression and livestream compression software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a project team to achieve project goals
• Strong knowledge and able to handle IT infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware, software, and cloud services
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects within the established timeline and budget
