The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to the relevant project manager (capex or services), working within the project management guidelines.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participation in project handover, kick-off and close-out meetings.
• Input and update data to SAP ERP system.
• Visits to supplier workshops and client’s site.
• All activities are to be carried out with a high consideration to Safety.
• Preparation of field problem reports for warranty repairs.
• Assist in the coordination and expediting of engineering with local, global or external engineering groups.
• Preparation of project related documentation such as schedules, cost analysis, risk registers, quality plans, monthly status reports, etc.
• Preparation of shippable bills of materials and packing lists and other logistics related documentation.
• Management of repairs at supplier workshops.
• Coordination of project commercial documentation such as bank guarantees and invoicing.
• Assist in the coordination and expediting of local and global procurement activities.
• And any other project related activities as may be required.
• Review and follow up of Technical Queries and non-conformance reports.
• Participation in internal and client project meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be team-player and lead by setting examples.
• Must have excellent leadership skills.
• Degree and 3 - 7 years experience
• Excellent communication skill.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as parts manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Must be aggressive, assertive and confident.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
