Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports
• Works with the development Team during system testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing, and UAT
• Use automated testing tools to enhance the testing process
• Report, track and determine priority of reported defects
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, to ensure that quality is built into the process
• Execute regression tests, functional tests, and data tests
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure that software applications and systems meet quality standards
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues
• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing, with good time management and keen eye for details to ensure quality and timely output
• Test environment setup, issues tracking and coordinating with users and tech team to resolve the issues
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure that software applications and systems meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
• Stays abreast of QA & Testing best practice and latest available tools, frameworks, and standards

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Manual Testing, gathering requirements, and transform into functional test cases for web, mobile and processes application
• Excellent communication & collaborative skills especially in fluent spoken and written English
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, as well as experience in communicating them
• Proficiency in automation testing is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• Experience in automated and manual testing tools such as TestRail, Testsigma, Selenium
