Responsible for inquiries, quotation and order open backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle.

Actively participate in weekly team meetings and updates. Co-ordinate meeting with Site Account Managers to discuss upcoming shutdowns, events, customer experience.

Proven customer handling skills and a customer satisfaction focus

Working knowledge of verbal and written English, fluent in local language

Provide regular communication with customers regarding the status of enquiries, quotes and deliveries.

Implements quality assurance and quality control documentation in accordance with Metso: Outotec supply quality standards and procedures.

Responsible to manage and support validation/qualification activities for new product/process/raw material/computer systems qualification.

Responsible to assist and support Failure Investigation, root cause analysis, generation and execution of corrective and preventive actions.

Support and coordinate re-evaluation activities for existing/legacy systems.

Responsible to ensure compliance and provide guidance plus technical support to QA/DHR/Manufacturing.

Responsible to perform product/process and system risk assessment.

Work in-accordance with HSE manual and documented procedures, and reporting HSE issues to the respective areas.

Ability to master new software systems, especially in the areas of Project Management

3-5 years related industry experience,

Strong knowledge in technical data and documentation, such as drawings, technical manuals / specification and industrial code and standard

Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels.

Extensive working experience with HMI, AutoCAD

Preferable experience with portfolio of projects.

Trade qualification / engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and experience

Competent in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g. JDE)

Experience with mobile plant maintenance operations with large mining equipment

Experience in maintenance activities for large mining equipment

Strong experience in data management and services

Excellent communication and client management skills

Familiarity with Denodo for data management

Ability to work on-site with clients and manage their data needs effectively

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer

Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation and transformation

Adhering to environmental regulations, water management guidelines, and safety standards adds complexity to the job.

Strong understanding of hydrological principles, water supply systems, stormwater management, and drainage systems.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

Preferably has an experience in hydrology and hydrogeology field, especially at mining industry.

Experience with field data collection techniques, water sampling, and monitoring instruments installation.

Knowledge in security and cryptography is a plus

Knowledge on software programming such as Javascript and Python is a plus

SIM/UICC/eUICC/eSIM knowledge is a plus (3GPP, ETSI, GlobalPlatform, TCA, GSMA)

Management of repairs at supplier workshops.

Participation in project handover, kick-off and close-out meetings.

Assist in the coordination and expediting of engineering with local, global or external engineering groups.

Manage complex and/or critical design reviews and proactively look for opportunities to improve security engineering capabilities.

3+ years of relevant experience operating and maintaining production systems in a Linux and public cloud environment (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc).

A recognized security expert in multiple specialty areas, with cross-functional team experience.

Experience operating and maintaining production container cluster.

Experience working in high-performance or distributed systems.

3+ years of relevant experience developing and maintaining production systems/applications.

Develop yield management systems and improvement strategies while serving existing customers.

Support the development of technical education content and administer training of the technical competencies and minimum standards that must be achieved.

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience,

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Analyze existing IT services of related products and plan how to improve them in the future.

Prevent incidents from happening, and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented, maintaining known errors and workarounds.

Liaise with merchants and other IT personnel for applications (related to the product) troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
