Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.


Responsibilities

  • Identify problems, and answers to users and escalate to L2 with detailed information including STR (Step to reproduce) by checking the logging
  • Handle and respond to problems raised by users directly
  • Create a ticket and escalate to Technical Engineer Layer 2


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Understand how to check logging
  • Having knowledge in writing algorithm
  • Knowing about the query language
