Receive, accommodate, and follow up on inquiries, criticism, suggestions, complaints, and feedback from clients.

Having knowledge in writing algorithm

Handle and respond to problems raised by users directly

Create a ticket and escalate to Technical Engineer Layer 2

Undergraduate or fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Knowing about the query language

Understand how to check logging

1.A final year student or a recent graduate from IT/Computer Science or related field

4.Commit to internship for 6 months

5.This position will be placement in our Head Office - Cibitung, West Java

•Pendidikan Minimal lulusan S1 jurusan Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering atau yang sepadan.

•Minimal level dasar dalam Bahasa Inggris

•Memiliki pengetahuan dasar dalam konsep OSI Model & TCP/IP.

•Memiliki pengetahuan dasar di Wireless Access Point dan Local Area Network ( LAN )

Excellent multitasking and project management skills.

Proactively map out clients’ technical requirements in an integration roadmap.

Highly organized with great attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Assisting the Tech Sales Team, especially in the day-to-day operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Moladin's product offerings

Manage and maintain internal technical documentation

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience with coding languages such as NodeJS and javascript
