Primary Objective

Support and coordinate the technical deliverable inputs for the procurement of Long Lead Item (LLI) packages being done in parallel with the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) of a globally significant ESG Project.

Specific Accountabilities

• Monitoring and expediting clarification replies to/from Company, the FEED team and LLI Suppliers (using SAP Ariba and PMCS)
• Report on RFP compilation completeness, late technical deliverables, significant changes identified.
• Scope of Supply development
• FEED deliverable change identification and logging
• RFP clarification management
• Request for Pricing (RFP) package compilation
• Project Engineering duties to support LLI package procurement through:
• Maintain and promote good working relationships and sharing of information within the project team.
• RFP issue
• Monitor and confirm alignment between the FEED teams Aconex and Company’s CIS document control systems
• Assist with identifying technical deliverable priorities to meet the LLI RFP schedules.
• Technical FEED deliverable compilation and input into RFP packages (utilising Aconex and CIS document control systems)
• Assist with other ad-hoc Project Engineering tasks identified throughout the FEED.
• Direct line communication with the FEED team LLI Package Engineers.
• Work with the project FEED team Package Engineers to ensure the RFP packages are set up and executed in full compliance with the Company’s procurement requirements.
• Monitor the FEED Master Deliverables List (MDR) for new and revised deliverables held in the FEED teams Aconex document management system.

• Minimum 5 years exp
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Relevant oil and gas industry experience
• Preferred 7+ years’ experience
• Relevant engineering tertiary qualification
• Power generation equipment
• Ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment
• Large gas compressors
• Experience supporting early procurement of LLIs
• Pro-active team player
• An eye for detail
